Impossible deadlines and high stress jobs push you to grab high calorie snack food. But we must remember to feed our need and not our greed. Take a healthy diet snack, eat at least 2 fruits a day and lots of salad. Take cereals rich in bran. Avoid baked items and use sugar substitutes whenever possible. Just remember water is the best drink to have.
